To Create a Culture of Kindness

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:
Kindness, Compassion, and Love. These human values are the foundation and at the core of the possibility of humanity's peaceful, harmonious,and happy coexistence with ourselves, with other species and with nature. One of the marvels of being human is that we can nurture and cultivate these human values infinitely.This workshop is about experimenting with this marvel & possibility of ours. We will engage in, movement & walking exercises with kindness & contemplation , chanting of universal love and compassion , discourse on the theme subject and universal dance of kindness. We will also observe a day of kindness for 24 hrs, starting from the begining of the workshop.

The tools & exercises of this workshop is designed to experience a taste of our human possibility to be able to become atleast little bit more kind & compassionate human,through experimenting with our basic human truth. His Holiness the Dalai Lama calls this truth as "human value" and His Holiness is the shining inspiration of true love and compassion.

FILMING
Nawang Khechog is currently making a documentary film on Tibetan hermits, centered on the life story of his late hermit teacher Gen Drupthop-la (a renowned Tibetan hermit). He has interviewed many Tibetans hermits, high lamas, heads of Tibetan Buddhist Traditions and H.H. the Dalai Lama.
